Evike, company with alot of items, a funky website, stinky customer service,

So about a month ago,I order some stuff from them, 2 weeks go by I never get em so I call em, explain it to em they say they shipped a week before, I wait 4 weeks go by I still don't get anything, So I finally call em and tell them to cancel my order they do...My monies weren't returned so I went to the bank and filed a claim, a week goes by after that I receiver some package from evike, I refuse it, It gets sent back, and yesterday some guy calls me from evike, tells me that they will report me to the cops, because they don't have the money,I explain it to them that package was refused and sent back..., Now I don't know what to do should I write a report on them for blackmailing me or not.

evike has efenantly gone to hell. i will never recommend them again to anybody. i had nearly the same experince but i got my things. but it took a month for that to happen. hopefully u have an email or somehitng that confirms that u had it cancelled?

Yep...I do.But moneys were never returned so I did it for forcefully.

That's odd. I've never had problems with Evike (actually had very good service myself), but I have heard some horror stories.

The 'worst' I've had with Evike was a package shipped without a scope, but they included a letter stating the scope was on back order and they'd ship it for free when it came in. 3 days later the scope was at my door.

Trends I've noticed concerning Evike:

Orders with many items tend to get messed up.
Orders sent around holidays or the start of summer (no school, many games) can get messed up.

Orders with only a few items seem to do fine.
Orders sent in during 'off' times (after the New Year, after summer, etc.) tend to be okay.

That's just what I've gathered from talking with others. Again, I don't have a problem with Evike, and will continue to do business with them.

But you know, every airsoft business will have orders get screwed up. It's inevitable. The trick is to stay away from ones that have more than the others. Or find an actual store and avoid the internet (ASJ).

they use to be really good. but then they moved shop. since then costumer service has sucked ass. they dont send emails with tracking numbers, they say the have shipped things when they didnt. i know all this from first hand experince. i ordered grease a sling and an upper gearbox for my ICS. thats a small order. and it took them a little over a month to get it to me. i talked to them twice and never ounce did they tell me the sling was back ordered. i found out when the package was at my door and i opened it up with a notice in it. bombsquad had a problem with them too when he ordered his gun

how many times have they moved? I thought this move they have now is the first one. When businesses move things tend to get a bit hectic, that should be a given. the only qualm i have with evike is that they don't send updates on your orders. the only thing you get regarding your order is the order confirmation and the payment receipt. after that, no shipping status or tracking numbers. i've made two orders from them and only had problem with the one with more stuff ordered. they didn't contact me that the systema piston i wanted was not in stock. i bought my 14 from them without any problem with shipping.

I can't beleive a few of you guys are defending them with lines like "well things get hectic" and "i only had a problem with 1 of the two orders i made from them" That's a 50% chance that they will mess up your next order.

I've made countless orders from AirsoftSmith. Airsoftsmith just moved to a larger shop, and their service is just as good as it always was. I've never had a problem other than a miscommunication during their Off hours while they were gone at an event.

Just about everyone I know has has a bad encounter with Evike, and that's enough for me to never want to give them my business. Free shipping over 100? who cares if it takes you a month to get your bbs that you need for the following weekend.

My business will always go to airsoftsmith unless they don't have what i need. Which isn't often. 2 day shipping to IL. Order on a thursday night, you'll have your package saturday.

bottom line: It seems to me that Evike has no clue how to run a company, and they will never get my business
