So back in April I bought 2 pistols, gas, bb's and a mag from airsplat.com, I paid with my credit card and got the UPS ground shipping. So after 3 days I wonder where it is, one week? two weeks finally two and a half weeks I call them and UPS apparently the package was lost, and I was pissed. I called airsplat and got a hold of a sales rep who was very rude and told me he would take care of it and cancel the order, so I went onto evike and ordered a new pistol and got it in less then a week.
I went back to airsplat to see if I was reaccredited for my money and nothing had happened so I call and get the same guy and tell him I want it canceled, he then said they reshipped it. I told him to cancel it and that I am sending it back the minute I get it, he tells me to rethink it, I get angrier and say cancel it or else so he does, but I still get the package however I put a note on the door that said I do not accept delivery.
It gets sent back and I waited no refund I actually waited all summer until now when I called again and got a different guy who said he would look into it and he would call back in an hour. One hour passed and nothing so I called and he didn’t have it, 2 hours I called he was busy, 3 hours still busy, finally after 4 hours and 20 min on hold I get him and he said it is refunded. Now I need to check my balance because I don’t trust them but I will NEVER EVER buy from them again there service was horrible, they lost my order and it took months for anything to happen, if I didn’t call they would have taken my money and smiled

moral of the story: never buy from airsplat.com and all the great stuff they have listed about them is lies, lies i tell you

Yeah they really suck. I will post a news article and create a much needed monthly newsletter soon and have that story inlcuded. 21st Century Airsoft also refused to talk to me when they screwed up my order. I talked about this in another post but basically they didnt have the product in stock so I ended up waiting nearly a month before buying from Airsoft GI (a much better company) and then making 21st cancel my order. It took another month for them to refund my money.

Airsplat = BAD
21st Century Airsoft = BAD

the good thinkg is when they resent it they sent it 2 day air and it was over a hundred in shipping that I didnt have to pay, I though you couldnt ship green gas 2 day air hummmm?

I have heard far to many horror storys about Airsplat and Jungletoy to even be willing to risk it.

I found Airsoft GI to have very good service. Prices can be a bit high at times, but at least they have great service.

ive never had any problems with airsplat, but then again, i wont take the chance anymore. ill us uncompany.com there prices are soo cheap its unbelieveable.

That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. (No offense) Almost as bad as 'Its tingles when I stick my tongue on the end of a nine volt battery, I'm going to continue to do it cause it makes my nuts feel funny.'

Never mind if they have the best deals on xxx gun or free bb's with the purchase of yyyy. If service sucks ass, which in this case it does, then stop going there. Simple as that.

Start complaining on the other airsoft websites; renegade recon, airsoft iowa, airsoft players, etc. Eventually their sales will dry up and either they go away, or they change their business practices. Better yet, write a letter on team letter head, hell get RIAA involved too, and all your core members sign it. State your displeasure, cite your reasons why, and that you are recommending to other teams, fields, etc not to purchase from them anymore, also state that you or your team will no longer purchase from them.

Secondly, complain to the BBB of the state where they are located. Eventually someone will start doing some looking around. As a merchant that can handle credit card transactions, they have to be on file somewhere. Call your cc companies and dispute the charges; they never sent the item, I cancelled the order, etc. (It's called a merchant charge back) Dispute the hell out of everything.

Also don't yell, curse or swear. Treat them like you want to be treated, or picture your parents, or whoever means something to you in the room next to you. Would you want them to hear you call some jackass a cocksucking motherfucker just because you lost your temper? Didn't think so.

Also, its not libel; (From m-w.org/ written or oral defamatory statement or representation that conveys an unjustly unfavorable impression) or slander, also from m-w.org the utterance of false charges or misrepresentations which defame and damage another's reputation) to post issues on other websites: As long as you can back up your claims. As an example: Saying it takes months for an order and they still charge even after canceling is legit; (you all have proof or experience). As another example, saying the staff molests Ecuadorian sheep in-between doing one hitters in the john, shooting heroin or snorting lines of coke is something else.

The first amendment is your friend and guide in this. Yeah we all have the freedom of speech, yada yada, which is why you can say they suck. As long as you have proof your golden, make something up then oh well.

But seriously, if they suck, stop purchasing from them. Common sense applies here. They fool you once shame on them. Fool you twice shame on you.

I had no problems with Jungletoy down in Vegas (their walk-in retail store). They were actually quite professional and nice, seemed pretty knowledgable too. Unfortunately I haven't dealt with them online, though.

You can ship most things air, but they must be packaged for hazmat according to their MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet) in accordance with their flash point(at what temperature they can combust) and their other chemical properties.

That MIGHT be why it cost $100, as hazmat packing is very expensive.

Yea they seem like someone trying to be a big time retailer out of there apartment lol. I dont buy from them anyway cause to me they suck.
