I actually cant think of any woodland vests that have mp5 pouches. I can only think of getting a MOLLE setup where you can buy the mp5 pouches that attach to it. but all of that would be expensive. You can probably fit about 3 or 4 mp5 mags in one m16 pouch. If you are interested, my vest is in the classifieds section.

This one is OD, not woodland:

I think you should be able to fit 2 MP-5 mags in each M-16 pouch.

www.actiongear.com
Has something for almost everybody.
Note that just about all the stuff there is for real world use, not airsoft (but is still very usable).

It depends on the kind of boots. I got a pair of imported knock-off jungle boots for $18 ($20 for civilians) that have held up surprisingly well. But then I also have a pair of Corcoran field boots (jump boots) that are $105, and seem indestructable.
If you can find them, the boot I hear the best things about are the Bates Ultralites. I've heard that they are good enough that Navy SEALS run in 'em for PT instead of running shoes. But I don't have first hand experience myself, yet...

you know the boots at that store were mostly for aviators i don't think you'd want to walk around all day in 10 pound boots
