Not so much of upgradability? The entire new version four lineup of ICS is all internally made so that you can upgrade all you want. And for externals, their mp5 which is the most popular is crazily upgradable. And all the new versions of the m4 are becoming better externally upgradable guns.

not all ICS guns are cheaper than TM or CA. their MP5s are centainly lower priced than the other two; but their m16 series are more than TM and the same as CA

i was talking about the mp5 series... your really don't need to upgrde them though our our pretty powerful ( for mp5's)
ghostraven, most of the sites ive seen the ics m16's are cheaper than classic army

this is why i said ICS guns costs about the same as CA guns:
ICS/OA A1 RIS is 379 while CA/Armalite m15a4 RIS is 369
ICS/OA M16A3 rifle is 309 while CA/Armalite m15a4 rifle is 314
ICS/OA M16 tactical Carb is 309 while CA/Armalite m15 tac carb is 304
all these prices are from airsoft atlanta, i went to airsoft atlanta because they have all these models. other estores just have a few of the models. and even the models they carry the prices are similar with variations of a few dollars -+
some ics guns are more and some are less than ca, so i generalized and just said they cost about the same.

I'm glad you brought that up, I was gunna say the same thing. I have personally had the worst experience with airsoft when it comes to ICS. When I first purchased their mp5a4, it broke within a few days. I was using a 9.6v battery which wasn't the best thing to do, but a gun shouldn't break like that. So after I returned it for a new one do to "a manufacturer defect", I used an 8.4v battery and it broke yet again.
Anyways, long story short. I have had a bad experience with stock and upgraded ICS guns so be careful.
