#1: Just ordered my first AEG Author: BombSquad, Location: Evanston, ILPosted: Sat Mar 24, 2007 9:07 pm ---- Just placed the order at Evike for a CA M15A4 S.P.C. I also ordered an extra 300 round high-cap. I can't wait. Hopefully it will make it here before the Airsoft Expo! If all goes well, I should be able to attend the Red Storm Rising Op.

#3: Re: Just ordered my first AEG Author: BombSquad, Location: Evanston, ILPosted: Sun Mar 25, 2007 6:48 am ---- I got the cheaper hi-cap that was on evike's site. It was Airsoft Elite. It was 13 bucks cheaper then the CA hi-cap that was on that site. We'll see if it's any good. If not, no great loss, just a mag.
#4: Re: Just ordered my first AEG Author: birdman, Location: Hoffman/carpentersvillePosted: Sun Mar 25, 2007 7:14 am ---- al mags have problems. my mid caps jam sometimes. my CA HI Cap was a tight fit in my CA M4. so all mags have problems in some way
#5: Re: Just ordered my first AEG Author: Idez315, Location: Wauconda IllinoisPosted: Sun Mar 25, 2007 9:23 am ---- My tm ak mags keep getting s**t jammed in 'em
#6: Re: Just ordered my first AEG Author: birdman, Location: Hoffman/carpentersvillePosted: Sun Mar 25, 2007 11:07 am ---- do you reuse bb's, and do you drop them on the ground? if so thats why. my mags go straight from my pouch to my gun to my dump pouch. the reason my mid caps jam is because theyre double stacked in the mag. cant get around that, thats how theyre made.

#8: Re: Just ordered my first AEG Author: Freezer26, Posted: Sun Mar 25, 2007 4:37 pm ---- It's called the shift key.
Classic Army magazines tend to be s**t, but my TM Magazines and my Star 30 rounders always feed flawlessly.
#9: Re: Just ordered my first AEG Author: Michaelv, Location: Chicago ILPosted: Sun Mar 25, 2007 5:15 pm ---- I say go with STAR, TM, as for ICS, they are not greatest mag makers, but they feed flawlessy if wound right!.
#10: Re: Just ordered my first AEG Author: BombSquad, Location: Evanston, ILPosted: Thu Mar 29, 2007 10:38 am ---- I had to call to get my tracking number today, but apparently it did ship out, and it will be here tomorrow...sweet.
#11: Re: Just ordered my first AEG Author: Freezer26, Posted: Thu Mar 29, 2007 10:53 am ---- Thats good news man!
Throw some pictures of it up once you get it.
#12: Re: Just ordered my first AEG Author: Idez315, Location: Wauconda IllinoisPosted: Fri Mar 30, 2007 6:42 am ---- Normaly I just get crappy BBs stuck in it. But once my BB holder thingy got shot and some plastic got stuck. Any way it's easy to fix. I never reuse bbs and I rarely drop them
#13: Re: Just ordered my first AEG Author: SureShot1229, Location: Glenview ILPosted: Fri Mar 30, 2007 8:21 am ---- The SPC is nice. Everything you want in an m4, plus a little bit extra. Good choice. And on the mags, any mags will have problems, mid/low caps will jam or misfeed. A highcap will not compress enough. Something is bound to go wrong with a mag either way you go.
#14: Re: Just ordered my first AEG Author: BombSquad, Location: Evanston, ILPosted: Fri Mar 30, 2007 6:56 pm ---- I just got my new gun, and it looks sweet. I don't have anywhere to fire it for now, but I dry fired it a couple time to make sure it works. Here are some PICS. The guys at evike apparently had a little fun with the styrofoam box before they sent it out. The back was full of bb's and indentions! Otherwise, product looks/feels good.
The last pic is of some modeling clay....you might be able to guess what I'm going to do with that >>>link to another post<<<.
