Im not sure where i would get it from but this is what I'm looking at. A big change from the mp5. I just wanted something bigger and i didnt really want somehting like an m4 or m16 because I wanted something different and not something that half the people at an event have. If you have heard about this gun please leave feedback or just comment on it if you want. CA G3 SG1

Haizdizzle owns the TM version and the range served him well. I almost bought it (the TM) back before I got my S-System, but it was out of stock at many places. I bet the CA version is really nice

like the trademarks on it but don't you think it's a little big you may have a hard time moving around, the nice thing is that you could probably transfer you scope over to it... other than that this really doesn't do anything for me...

The TM was heavy enough as is, I couldn't even imagine the CA. It would be a well made gun though. Definately something few and far between.

I dont care about the size (meaning the fact that im small). I just really, really like this gun. It is freaking huge but this we be my<find a spot and sit>gun. Just get that and an m120 and I'm good. I didnt hear anything bad from these posts so i think im gonna take it.

you see, you have to be like me. say your going to get a new gun, then 3 days later its at the door, well 4. i think it sounds like a good idea...go ahead and get it if u want it. just looking at it isnt going to make it show up at your door.

don't know about the perfromance but i have seen other CA G33's snap in half after being slung across a teammates back and simply running through the woods
the metal is a cheapo pot metal and from where the front end attaches to the reciver is less then a 2in wide, 1/4 thick section of metal which snapped like a twig after no mare then the pressure of having it slung and bounce on your back redering the gun into a 250.00 paperweight, well two paperweights actually

the reviews on ASGI are quite promising though. you may want to look on other sites, not only for prices but for reviews or check out arnies airsoft and see if they have anything to say

Yep, the CA33E were notorious for breaking in half where the reciver meets the barrel. Mine has a crack in the reciver, although that might have been from when Rob dropped it.
I don't know how long this gun has been out, but if its new from CA I would wait awhile until they get all the kinks out of them. First release CA guns tend to have alot of problems with them, so it might be better to just wait.

Well I did my looking around. Found out that the TM is like all other TM's at like 285 and the gun had a barrel wobble problem. Did some looking on the CA and people were saying it had a great ROF, the metal contstruction is awesome and the upgradability is easy. Since this gun is a monster, I want everything I can get out of it. So I think Im gonna get it and an m120 and maybe some other stuff... Also does anyone know if a g3 mag will fit in a vest for an m16?

That depends on the mag pouch. I find that however many M16 mags fit, the pouch will hold one less 7.62 type mag. As in, I can hold 1 M14 mag in a pouch that will hold 2 M16-type mags, or 2 M14 mags for a pouch that holds 3 M16 mags. And since nearly all the real steel 20 round 7.62 NATO mags are the same size, I assume if it works for the M14, then it would work for the G3.

So I dont have to worry about a vest or changing mags, and the fact that this can be used as a support weapon should i get this drum mag? Hero Arms G3 Series Drum Mag .....I still may get the stars tho, incase this thing ever breaks or just runs outta battery.

what kind of internals does the gun have...if theyre not preupgraded i wouldnt for now cuz u might end up like method and laying on the trigger too long and damaging your gun. it cant be a true support weapon unless it can fire large amounts
