I was thinking about picking up about 2 or 3 hand grenades, but i wasnt really sure which to get. I was going for the Escort's but I have heard different views on them. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good brand of hand grenades. Or if you know about the Escorts', please post your feedback.

There are also those AG-01s, that work with warm water/citrus to make them "pop" - although I went through seven with varied results.


They are cheap though, you can typically pick up 6 for $40, and they're disposable (a big plus - if I throw something, chances are I don't wanna have to worry about recovering it later).


I've heard mixed stories on the Escorts as well, and am curious to hear some first hand experience.

well the shell is very soft, by soft i mean breaks easily. mine was shot up and zimm'x was blown to hell, they dont hold very many bb's, and dont spray in all directions, and the fuse isnt the greatest thing but theyre reuseable and not hard to find. i found mine after losing it in the woods, of course it had duct tape on it, but u wont lose any small parts cuz there are none

i don't know much, but the experience i had with the ag-01 was unique. i was at turkey shoot and tim threw an ag-01 at me, so my fat a$$ ran like hell for cover and......nothing happened

yeah.. i think toggle shot one at asylum and that mother was loud.

I think the best way to use grenades is to get something soft and grenade like, tie a 5 foot long ribbon of bright color to it and throw the bastard.

Where ever it may land, whatever is in the radius using the colored ribbon is dead/disabled.

Plus, the ribbon helps you find it later :).

That's genius. Im still looking into it. These may not come for a while still so im not sure.
