Wisconsin Airsoft Expo - Mar 31, 07 - Madison, WI

The first ever Wisconsin Airsoft Expo is coming to Madison, Wisconsin! If you or someone you know is interested in airsoft, don't miss this expo! The Expo will be held at the VFW Post 7591 convention hall in Madison, WI.

When:
Saturday, March 31st 2007. 11am to 8pm. Exhibitors and venders may set up at 9am.

VFW Post 7591 Convention Hall
301 Cottage Grove Road Madison, WI 53716

Although in the preliminary stages at the moment, here are some features of this show...
- A convention hall set up with booths and plenty of area for social interaction
- Venders onsite with all sorts of airsoft equipment for sale
- Food provided on site; via snackbar, bakesale, or nearby food places
- Informational booths for those interested in the sport
- Possible involvement with the local National Guard and Madison Police Department for education, promotion, and safety
- Possible local radio station coverage
- Wisconsin Team exhibits; find out what the teams are in Wisconsin!
- Small safety and general training classes being run by veteran players
- Knowledgable people onhand to answer any and all questions related to airsoft
- A prize giveaway and raffle
- $10 charge at the door and proceeds will be donated to charity and each attendee will be given a raffle ticket for the prize raffle
- A $20 donation to charity will allow a vender or exhibitor to set up a booth
- Safely educating and informing in a family friendly atmosphere welcome to anyone
- Pictures available with airsoft equipment and real military equipment and/or vehicles
- Guest speakers and suprise visitors!

yes there was, me and zimm/ toggle47 did make the trip up there to MINN, it was great met alot of cool guys, made some great friends and impressions on other teams, hopefully i can make it out to this one as well

And being that I'm in VFW Post 8741 (I still can't figure how I got to be chaplain), it looks like time to trade war stories.

I am sticking with zim and having him buy my powerball ticket, so then we can open out own airsoft park.

Thanks to toggle for adding the game to our attendance page. I will be on spring break and I would love to come along for the ride. I can most likely get my mom's SUV if we need it. Do you think we should get a table and show off the AT4, LAW, and all of our other cool stuff? We need more HEAT to get the raffle in our favor haha

i'm down, i have never been to an airsoft expo, i just gotta make sure i get off work.

I was thinking snagging a table for Oakley. Maybe we can do half O half HEAT. Idk, we will have to discuss it a little closer to gane day.

so far I've paid for the Oakley table which I had em put our link up too for fun. If you guys want a HEAT table too you have to register and prepay

Im not sure but that would be pretty kewl. 20 bucks for a booth is nothing if we all split it. And would we bring some guns and stuff for display?

Haha nice. I need to pimp out the Sg1 by then. Im probly gonna take my scope from my pellet gun. That thing is awesome. I need a mount tho. Joe, didnt you have that g3/mp5 mount?
