I still intend to go. I can drive if needed (need to know ahead of time, van can hold 6). Or I can meet up somewhere.

Birdman, your coming with me, and we are probably just gonna meet up with whoever is going before we head out. This way we can carry any type of gear and stuff.

Yea, so i kinda missed that. I was just summing everything up for people that dont like to read. But if you want to get outta there by 9 we will be cuttin it close. It starts at 11 and according to mapquest its about a 2 hour drive.

It also ends at 8 PM. I don't think we need to arrive RIGHT when it starts.

True, but Im pretty sure almost everyone will be taking food breaks and stuff so that it wont be just constant convention.

i was thinking of getting there around 12 or so. its gunna be small. most of the time your just gunna be talking to other people waiting for the auction. you will have enough time to go to all the booths like 3 times. still fun tho

Did anyone decide to? I don't think anyone did, besides Toggle for the Oakley booth.

You guys better decide if you want a booth ASAP because they need to know in ADVANCE if they have to make room for another table. It may be too late, but it would be a good thing to give folks a contact in IL that plays responsible airsoft. Teams from WI and MN will probably be representing them selves at this event.

Anyways, Kev; we can meet at my house or if you want, I can just pick you up. That would probably be just as easy, if not easier.

The rest of y'all should come up early with us. We could relax and chill before the event starts when we are up there.

If you guys have HEAT shirts, you should wear them. I will of course be sporting Oakley gear for my booth but it would be good to look a little uniform for you guys' sake.

Well if we want one there is a a form you can submit on the Wisconsin website. So we need to talk and figure that out and decide which two will be representing us. Im pretty sure they would let us switch out but we should make sure.

Basically, you are paying for two entry fees so listing the two names just is so they know who to let in without charging them twice.

Switching out wouldn't be a problem at all.

ill just wear my helmet around and be a walking advertisement. that way no one has to sit behind a table or stand. or some1 else can wear it. i dont look good with it unless im wearing my balaclava

If we want to get a table we should do it, and just switch out who sits there during the day. We could show off some pictures of the team, some of our unique weapons, and just be there to answer questions about the team. Hell we could even print out cheapo flyers with a team picture and our site adress on there to pass out to people.

i submitted an application for a table. so if we get the table, moose bring your AK if u want. but its got to be in a case to enter the building. adam bring your M15 if u want. im bringing my G36, lil matt is bringing his G3 or w/e it is, and hopefully i will have my new toy by then.

Im just bringing both of my guns because of the game the next day. I dont know what Im gonna display or if im displaying anything. Ill sit at the table for a while but not the whole time. And Adam do you have extra HEAT shirts?
