This will be a game held and sponsored by Task Force Steel Horse.

When: Saturday/Sunday May 19 and 20
Starting: 12:00 Noon Saturday, May 19
Ending: Whenever the last person leaves...no later than 12:00 Noon Sunday, May 20
Where: sniper-aab's property:
N8017 County Road M
Plymouth, WI 53073

Mapquest the address...it should work.
Who: You and anybody you know
What: Mil-sim/Exxxtreeeem airsofting game
Why: To airsoft...do you need another reason?
Attendance Fee: NO FEE...Donations are accepted
Food: You bring your own main course meals. I will have snacks and drinks for sale (the price of each food/drink item will be just what it costs...I will not make any money and will not lose any money).
Gun Limits:
Snipers--> No more than 550 fps, Semi-auto/bolt action only, 100 foot minimum contact range, must have a spotter with you
Rest--> No more than 400 fps for automatics, 15 foot bang rule, common sense
These fps's are given for a gun shooting a .2 gram 6mm bb...for 8mm weapons, I will have to see/witness the gun for myself
Bb's: All plastic bb's only...no metal/metal coated/graphite coated...the bb must be all plastic

Here is the main event:
There are American POW's that are being held at a Japanese Combat Base. The names and raw details are all Assault's ideas...so I'll let him fill in the nitty gritty. It just so happens that I have an area that is totally encased in dirt walls that are at least 9 feet tall, with one car width opening to allow access in...this would be the Japanese. command base. There is also a woods that begins about 150 feet from the furthest corner of the base, and actually goes right up to one of the walls of dirt. The Americans would have to take the command base.

Japanese:
There will be many lights set up to mimic an actual command base...they will be placed such that the americans would have to go in a lighted area to advance on the base.
These lights will be powered by extension cords...about 700 feet of them. In additon to lights, there will be one power strip for the Japanese use...they will be able to charge batteries and such...even make coffee lol. They will also have tables and basic amenities such as toilet paper...to furthur mimic a real base. The Japanese will have it easy. They will also be allowed to carry one personal flashlight as long as it is under 1 million candlellas.
The Japanese will significantly out-number the Americans...like at least 3 to 1.
3 respawns per person...after that, you turn into an American to signify reinforcements...you then get 3 respawns as an American...if you die that many times, you suck!
No ammo limits for the Japanese...you can have as much at your disposal as you want.
The interior of the base will also be lighted as the Japanese wish...they can reload at ease.

Mission: protect the base.

Americans:
You will have the advantage of time...you can wait as long as you want...you also have the cover of darkness until you reach the base, allowing for significant strategizing.
Each man will be worth 3,000 bb's. You can ration bb's out as you wish, but if you die permenently, your team mates must venture into the field to your dead body to get your ammo...and trust me, that will be a death mission.
You will get 4 respawns per person...if you use all these up, you become a Japanese and you are then rationed 2 respawns...now each person has a total of 6 respawns...no unfairness.
You will not get the luxury of lights, except for tac lights...these must be attatched to your gun...that is the only definition of a tac light here...you may attatch ANY light to your gun, but it must stay attatched at all times.
You may not touch extension cords or lights...they are on all the time...no shooting them out either .

Mission: take the base.

The rules stated above pertain only to the main event...the rules will change per scenario.
All rules are subject to change. If you like or dislike a rule, post it, and I'll think about changing it...but please use logic.

There will be more games leading up to the main event which will start sometime around 6pm.

You will need the following:
Any main sustinance food source
Full seal goggles (This is for all age groups...They only cost, what, $20 for a cheap pair??? If you don't have a pair, you will not be playing).
Signed safety form...will be available at the game
Red kill rag
Gun
Bb's
Brain
If on the Japanese Team, a personal flashlight if you want one

What you'll get:
approx. 15 acres of playing area in a horseshoe shape consisting of woods, swamp, lake (not included in 15 acres), and field.

Special effects

Parking place...yeah, but the list was kind of short

24 hours of airsofting...wow, I'm going to be tired on Monday...

The rest of the scenarios will lead up to and from the main event...you will find them out when you arrive on Saturday. As for rules, the only rule that will be constant is the fps limits. Most of the games, save for the main event, will not have an ammo limit, and will not have a low/mid/high cap limit.

If you wish, you may come as early as 10 am to check the field out and get yourself a good parking spot.

If you have any questions about this game, shoot me a PM.

I'm sure I'll think of something else...but until then, feel free to debate the contents of the game and ask for your positions...I'll try to have an updated rhoster weekly/per request. Positions will be given out on a first come first served set up...and will be edited to allow for propper talent distribution.

Happy posting, and thanks for reading.

sniper-aab

Where do you find these things, birdy? I disagree with the no tac-lights unless mounted on a gun. That's just flat-out STUPID. Part of your arsenal SHOULD BE a good hard-use flashlight like a Surefire or similar.

i think to be walking around with a rifle in one hand and flashlight in another while walking in the dark through woods could be dangerous. and for those who want to go. we may notneed to drive, the toxic6 guys are going and have a RV and 15 passenger van possibly to drive.

Thats another thing thats been annoying me. All of the good looking games that are coming up are all out of state. Places like CPX have so much potential but they just arent good at managing things.

Hmm. I might possibly go. And if you want a good event, take charge. I was thinking of talking with CPX or something like that to host an airsoft only day and make an event out of it. I'm sure we could get enough interest to make a good event. Very Happy
