Sweet! Someone's making the BAR!!
I hope it's a decent company. How much is it going to be going for?

There are two great truths in Major League Soccer:
1) Your team is either from Chicago or a suburb of Detroit.
2) Detroit sucks. |

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, i had a terrible expirience with VFC's new line of assault rifles i ordered the HK416 and it was a POS it kept firing full auto even on safety when i didn't have my hand on the trigger. This is a manufacturing design when i talked to the guys at kastway they said it was particular to thes guns and that as a soon as they found a way to counter it it will keep happening.
check some of the purchase and repair forums and see my testimony.
if you really want it i suggest you wait a LONG time so VFC can finally learn their guns are s**t
however their conversion kits/accesories are badass

axis. is the BAR the same as your HK416? no its not. not every gun is made with the same parts. i say give it a shot. if there are limited numbers they will prolly be made very well

[quote="TotallyL337"]All first run guns for all companies usually get a bad rap. You can't judge a company on your one rotten lemon.[quote]
actually it was 2 rotten lemons and a bunch other according to the people at kastway, i'm not ususally one to argue but i really have no respect for VFC anymore, to me they are high priced paper weights unless you are willing to spend the money to repair and upgrade it. Birdman while i am aware that they are completley different guns internally and externally if a company can't manufacture a simple version 2 gearbox how could anyone expect them to consistentley manufacture such complex one as used in the BAR.
that's all i'm gonna say on this topic

Hrm, I've heard the same things about the CA guns when they first came out, the G&G guns when they first came out, and even the G&P built guns when they first came out.
I also know several people who own VFC AEGs and have had 0 problems with them.
Sucks it happened to you, but I still stand by my statement.

The thing's pricepoint is only set at about $500, you can't go wrong. Even if you lose you win.
