Easiest way to find out which is right is to call CPX.

I second that.

the next line also says that only semi /full auto ELECTRICS are not allowed. that's why i said "by the strict interpretation" of their rules.

i do agree that the best way to find out is to contact cpx. because any more "this and that and the other thing" will get us into semantics and nowhere near the answer.

I went to Google, typed in Mauser scope mounts, and got a ton of pages. Try that, find what you want. If you are still having trouble, then ask us to help you. Thanks......

Unfortunately I don't think there is a good way to mount a scope on it, as the real one didn't.

The base of the gun was originally a pistol, the C-96, and it's popularity spawned a bunch of variants, including full-auto versions, and 'carbine' versions, which your gun is based on. The carbines were intended more for PDW-type use.

They were not intended to be used for any kind of sniping, so you're probably gonna have to design your own mount.

www.opticsplanet.net/a...mount.html

I think this will fit there are no, mounts on your gun this type of clip ons might work, but you always can return it if needed, And as i saw in the pictures, your receiver/barrel is curved/rounded, so it will fit I believe.

Edit, I think that you might be able to get a custom, one made...In a workshop, but currently I do not know any that make custom.

talked to gretchen s. from cpx and she confirmed what yoroiden mentioned. all semiauto guns, regardless if it's gaspowered or electric, is not allowed on cpx field. unless this particular guns is dialed down to sub400, it's a no go. i also asked that it be included in the next revision, that not just electric semiauto sniper class that are not allowed, but also gas powered guns.
