Rules
All the special rules listed here are for this event only and will not conflict with or take the place of rules in place at the wargame room. These rules are specifically for story aspects of the game. Safety rules are always paramount.

Rules from last year that remain in play.
1. When you die, you must lay in the battle zone (as if you were dead) until the battle is over. In otherwords, until the shooting has stopped. Put your kill rag on your head, lay down and cover your head. Once the battle is over, you may then move to your regen area.

2. Once the Game Starts, you may not leave the field for any reason. Take all you have out onto the field. This is a six hour non-stop event.

NEW RULES

1. Squad Tactics will be very important in this game. Each squad will have three important elements
1. CO or Commanding officer
2. Medic
3. Soldiers.
Any squad missing any two of these elements must claim defeat and return to regen and wait to rebuild the unit.

EXCEPT FOR OMEGA III and MERCS, Commanding Officer's WILL WEAR A SPECIAL HAT WITH LIEUTENANT BARS ON IT, MEDICS WILL WEAR A SPECIAL HAT WITH A RED CROSS ON IT. YES IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE VISIBLE BY THE ENEMY.

Both Sides have one regen station that cannot be lost. the other regen stations may be used by whatever squad controls it.

You must remain in your unit at all times.
A. When you die, you will go back to regen
B. After you regen, you must return to your CO with kill rag still in hand and touch your CO before you are back in the game.
C. If you are found by an OC without your unit, and activly playing, you will be called dead and have to regen. (As if you were hit by a sniper)

THE ONLY PLAYERS THAT LIVE BY DIFFERENT RULES ARE THE MERCENARIES. THERE IS NO CO AND NO MEDIC. IF EITHER A BRITISH OR OMEGA MEDIC IS ON HAND, THEY MAY HEAL ONCE, OTHERWISE, ONE SHOT AND DEAD.

Terrain Rules
1. There will be a large Imaginary body of water in the western forest marked by a blue ribbon this may only be crossed by boat. The real creeks that make up the Wargame room terrain are considered rivers and may only be crossed by bridge or other over water means. Players may not wade through the creek or walk alone in the water areas. if you are caught by an OC doing this, you will be considered dead and you will have to regen.

BOAT RULES
In order to Cross the Hong Kong Bay, you must ride a boat. There is a ferry captain and he can carry up to eight soldiers at once. there are also 2 rafts that can hold six people. These can only be rowed (i.e.)the boat captain cannot drag them back from one side to the other.
The boat captain may use his gun, but if he is shot, he must turn around with all the passengers and return to base. If you are shot while on the boat you are dead.

I'm on the border on this event. I wanna go because I have heard a lot of good things about the field and the people who run it. However the rules sound a lil funky. If I do go I will go as a merc.

I will go as long as someone else from HEAT plans on attending.

I know i'm not heat but possibility exists i'm going. Still unsure though. If you want a carpool i'd be willing to put in for gas.

well its suppose to add to the scenario. plus the pmc rules are so much harder, so we have to go as the pmcs.

It honestly just doesn't make sense to wear civilian clothing in an airsoft game is all. :/ I bought my camo for a reason, damnit! I dunno, I would prefer to go SAS is all.
