I've been airsoftin for a while, but only with springers/minis in my back yard.

i arranged a deal and in a week im gettin an AK upgraded to 375FPS. and ill soon get sum kits and internals and make it a SVD dragunov Sniper rifle.

I have sum friends, my brother, and bout 5-10 kids that might be interested.

oh yeah, im 14, but turn 15 end sept.

Glad to see that we have more local airsofters around. I received your signup information on our email. It is ok if you play with us as long as the owner of the field where we play allows it. He is in vacation right now, but I will ask when he gets back.

How did you find out about our site?
Are your friends also getting AEG's?
Do you have a place to play?

If you do come out to our games, you will have to arrange a ride to get there. Your age is ok with us, but one of the teams we play with (NIAA) would not allow it. We play games quite often (almost once a week), but we might not play as often because school is almost here

If your firends are looking into airsoft and want to play with us, they will need full-size AEG's and/or a Gas blowback pistol or shotgun. Snipers are allowed, just keep the FPS within general sniper limits.

We might be having a game on saturday the 6th, so if you can go let us know and we can email you the directions to the field. This game might be postponed since it will be very short notice for a few of our members, but we will play if we can get a good amount of people.

and by shot guns, are m3 super benelli's ok?

also, due to a lack of funds, i might keep it as an AK, and convert it later, or make a home-make SVD/RPK, this things should be KICK!

The Benelli is a spring shotgun if I remember correctly so chances are thats a no-go. Ill let one of the original members make the final call on that one.

yeah, only thing is, sum of the gas shot guns are a little too price for some of these guys. plus finding shells can be a pain unless u know where to look. i saw that Maurzen gas shot gun that shots 1-5 bb's per shell. problem is u'll need like 50 shells cuz they eject each shot, plus then u have to pick them up.

oh yeah, and Adam, i found ur site on a google search. i search illinois airsofting teams, i got a site that had a list of tons of site through the U.S.

under illinois, H.E.A.T. was one of the few.

Could I possibly come? If I can't borrow a gun or something, it would still be fun to watch a game, with more than 4 people. Or I could bring my brothers LPEG, if that counts as an AEG here.

If you can get a ride, you can come, but dont bring that LPEG. Maybe someone will let you borrow a gun, but dont get your hopes up. You may want to arrange for a ride home early if you get bored.

yeah, once I get my gun I *will* have some money left over for some camo...mI just need to fin out what camo, exactly I should get....right now I think I'll go to the army surplus store, or the thrift store, but I'm not sure what I should get

i think thats the best way to go, the surplus store. they have great deals there.

we've been leaning to non-digital regular woodland camo.
