That's right, there's an alternate to ASJ in the works.

Bad Boyz Toyz in Vernon Hills has started to carry airsoft! At the moment they only have the new Tippmann stuff (a throwback to all the Tippmann paintball markers they've sold and the Tippmann warranty) but that should soon change. I talked to their manager, and suggested that they carry Tokyo Mauri, Classic Army, and ICS (and perhaps UTG and G&G) aegs. I also suggested Airsoft Elite bbs (I don't use 'em but it seems many people do). Mentioned some other stuff, but said if they carried the stuff I told them about, they'd get alot of business from the local airsoft community. The manager did say that if the stuff will sell, they'll stock it. He also did mention that BBT's field the Badlandz, off of I-394, is looking to start hosting airsoft games too.

So give 'em a call or drop in, and perhaps we'll get someplace better than ASJ.

nice...i kno a buddy of mine that goes there fro paintball stuff and ill ask him to see if they have any airsoft gear next time he goes....id rather drive 25 minutes instead of and hour and 15 to ASJ

I loved Bad Boyz Toyz from back in my paintball days. It would be great to see them start carrying airsoft stuff.

Plus the Badlands was a pretty sweet field.

never been to the field but ive heard of it....wouldnt that be nice if they started hosting games....how far away is it from the actual store??

Well, Badlandz is about 3 hours from the Vernon Hills store. I'm not sure about their other locations.

Oh yeah, they sell 1100ml cans of green gas.
