that looks cool i would want to go but i need to see what i have going on with school if its on a saturday i woudl need to take my emt class on a diffrent day but i am intrested

The MAA is a great group of players, and have done far more than any chicago based team, group, association, retailer, promoter, etc. ever will for the hobby/sport of airsoft.


They generally hold some really great events, and from the sounds of it, this will be like no other. An airsoft convention of any kind is awesome news, and to be hosted by the MAA means that it's gonna be done right.

yes i dont have class on mondays so i can do this if i dont have a massive ammount of homework, ohh i saw somethign online called opperation irene? its at fort knox this month and i saw a video oh man i wish i knew in advance i would have so made plans to go

You couldn't have gone. The waiting list is longer than a list of everyone's name in the world who has down the electric slide. You have to be recommended by a vet of those events.

i've been friends with the MAA for a few years now and they are a great bunch of guys, if not for the maa we wouldn't have cpx as a venue for airsoft as they were the first to play there back in 2002

reguardless of what lesser minds may think of them i have never met a more honest, honarable group of airsfot players in my 6 years of playing

i plan on spending the weekend in minn for the convention

I've only gotten to meet them on one or two occasions and they were very brief. I have heard nothing but great things about these guys. Looking forward to seeing you there Breech.

Im there, I already requested it off work, and Im going to put aside some money for the trip. Question is, how are we getting there?

Chances are that I will drive. If we have more than the four of us, we will take two cars maybe. Everyone just put aside money for the trip (gas, possibly hotel, admission, guns and gear etc that will be for sale).

nice i would we say we can take my car but it only really fits 2 and a 3 bitch in the back but i have the bed and i can fit a lot of gear in there. We shoudl be like hobos and camp out in the cold Minnesota winter, hah but i bet we can find a motel or somethign and split it just bring a sleeping bag

Ok, we could take my car if we needed to, it would fit all four of us somewhat comfortably, but the gas for it is expensive.

Splitting a hotel, definitly, I have so much fun when I do stuff like that.
