I am going to get my waiver taken care of this week because last time the lady person gave me a hard time about it. I was told they keep them on-file but she said they dont have it. The guy next to her had to say specifically that airsofters have waivers on-file. That whole thing took longer than it should have so I am going to simplify it! Maybe Jimmy will get his done too and you can all see his new haircut.

I"m tryin to get the boys together to make this one. it'll be our first event and i'm looking forward to it. How exactly does the notarized form thing work? couple of the guys are under 18 and will need them. can they just print them out and have their parents sign the form, and they can bring it with them to the event? none of their parents will be dropping them off, they will be riding with me, so they won't have a parent/guardian with them.

yah you can print it out. im not sure ware it was but i think it was uploaded someware on this site. so check around. print it and sign it.

also anyone live around glenview, that if my parents cant drive me, someone can pick me up?

dude i live near u so maybe i can give u a ride....ionno tho....and for the notarized waiver u need to get it from the site www.cpxsports.com/cpx_...waiver.pdf ......there it is....then u need to get it signed if front of a notary.....a currency exchange or something like that or a bank will have a notary.....they may have a notary there....but then u need ur parents there.....so get it taken care of

Just like SureShot said, you need to print it out at the link below. You then fill out the information and sign your name. Your parents have to sign it in front of a notary public though. The notary will stamp and sign the waiver.

if your parents do drive you, they sometimes have a notary there....i think it would be best to just get it done with, but if u cant do that then just see if they have a notary there....but remember if u wanna get it notarized at CPX ur parents need to be there....and also do u do anything after school cuz im there for foootball evryday and i wanna meet u....
