Team Roster Optimization

I recently decided to change the look of our team roster. Now, instead of having the active members on one page and the inactive ones on another, both groups are shown on the same page. However, the inactive members do not display as much information and graphics compared to the active ones. This saves space on the page, but doesn't make you load a whole new page just to see the inactive members.
I also spent a lot of time optimizing the code so that the page would load faster. With more members being shown on the page than before, I really had to find new ways to speed up the Roster. Now, instead of the page loading in six seconds, it loads in one. The same improvement goes for the page which shows all of our weapons. I also narrowed down the number of queries (questions your computer asks the website) down to a fraction of the old number.
